Dr. Janine Williams
Owner, DVM
Sharon B.
Office Manager, Receptionist, Vet Assistant
Sharon serves as the clinic’s office manager and main receptionist. She also works as a vet assistant and has been working in veterinary medicine for over 30 years! She has been with Palatine Family Pet Care since the clinic opened in 2010. During her free time, Sharon enjoys collecting vintage décor (especially Pyrex), testing new recipes’ on her boyfriend Larry and spending time with her two sphynx cats, Ted & Lily.
Dr. Janine Williams is the owner and solo practitioner at Palatine Family Pet Care, which opened its doors in 2010. Dr. Williams graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1987. For the past 29 years, Dr. Williams has practiced both small animal emergency and small animal general medicine in the suburban Chicago area. In her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, reading and hanging out with her husband Michael and their cat Ned. She is also a diehard cubs fan. Go cubbies! Dr. Williams believes every patient is unique and a treasured member of your family.

Approved Vet Assistant, Receptionist
April has been a member of the PFPC team since 2016. She graduated from Harper’s Veterinary Assistant program in the spring of 2016 with her certificate as an Approved Veterinary Assistant. She also does reception work at the clinic. When April isn’t helping with pets at the clinic, she spends time with her husband Josh and her pets at home. She is a lover of both furry and scaly animals.
Darlene J.
Vet Assistant, Receptionist
Darlene has been with Palatine Family Pet Care since 2010. She is a veterinary assistant & receptionist. When Darlene isn’t working, she keeps busy by refereeing her 5 grandchildren- 3 of which live right next door! She also enjoys reading and walking her grand-dog Magnus. Although Darlene doesn’t have any pets at the moment, she enjoys providing care and comfort to our furry patients at the clinic.
